How is the price of your services determined?
We work on a monthly retainer tailored to your document volume, number of employees, VAT status, and the complexity of your activity. After a short free consultation we prepare an individual offer with a clear fixed monthly fee — no hidden costs.
Can I switch from my current accountant to you?
Yes, switching is easy and something we handle regularly. We take over communication with your previous accountant, receive your archive and current data, and ensure a smooth transition with no missed deadlines and no risk to your filings.
What documents do I need to get started?
To begin we need your company details (registration number), incorporation documents, current invoices and bank statements, any employment contracts, and access to prior accounting records. We send you a clear checklist tailored to your situation.
How do you keep track of accounting and tax deadlines?
We monitor and meet every statutory deadline on your behalf — monthly VAT returns, advance and annual taxes, social-security contributions, and year-end closing. We proactively remind you about payments and documents in good time so you avoid interest and penalties.
Do you work fully online and remotely?
Yes. We serve your business entirely remotely across the whole country — we exchange documents electronically, sign and file returns online, and communicate by email, phone, or video call. In-person meetings can also be arranged on request.
How do you protect my data and are you GDPR compliant?
We process your data in line with GDPR and Bulgarian law. Only authorised staff can access your documents, we use secure channels for exchange and storage, and we never share information with third parties beyond our legal obligations.
